## What this tool does
Turn a spreadsheet into pipe tables for your README, or paste a Markdown table back into a real .xlsx.

## Typical user problems
- Wikis and READMEs want pipe tables, finance wants .xlsx. Copy-pasting between them mangles columns and quotes. Both directions are converted structurally: sheets become pipe tables with proper escaping, and Markdown tables become real spreadsheet cells with numbers typed as numbers.
